Blog Comment Spammers

This is getting out of hand here. I am receiving on average, about 100 spam comments a day! I spend a lot of time clicking “Spam” to clear out the spam comments everyday! Do any of you know how to block comment spammers? I have disable comments for now but, there has to be a way to stop them. For now, I cannot accept any comments until I get this figured out.
